We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some product or destination-based restrictions may apply due to legal or logistical reasons. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for clarification.

We offer multiple international shipping options including standard and express delivery. The delivery timeline may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. On average, international deliveries take 7 to 14 business days.

• A flat USD 20 shipping fee applies to orders below USD 200.
   
• Free shipping is available for orders above USD 200.
   

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import fees, depending on the regulations of your country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be borne by the recipient. Please consult your local customs authority for more detailed information.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way from the Valley of Kashmir to your doorstep.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and dispatched, changes may not be feasible.

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not offer standard returns. However, in exceptional cases, we may accommodate return or exchange requests.

• Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team.
   
• If approved, the return shipping charges and any applicable duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
   
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
   
• Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.
   

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality check.

Our products are handmade or hand-finished by Kashmiri artisans, which means that each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or detailing are natural and reflect the beauty of handcrafted work.
